I had a reservation for early April. because of the state of emergency I was unable to travel so I used the reservation, if they refused to return it and then stopped responding to emails, and after 2 months of pushing and pull, with booking.com by the way, I'm still waiting for the money. horrible customer treatment, no longer just for the money, if not for the lack of response.

They passed us by.

A small one-person room with the right room, a large bed, towels and a room made daily. Shared bathroom. A little noisy. Very clean. Very clean. Curtains painted, dark walls. Quite new everything. But improved preservation. Very economical price. It is 800 meters from the metro station. If you come to ExCeL for business it's great for someone who travels alone and wants to work and rest.

You get what you pay for.

Good location & easy check-in. However quickly realised the fabric headboard was infested with bed bugs. Whilst offered an alternative room (thanks, but no thanks!) they refused to provide a refund & kindly pointed out the money I would lose. Disgrace!

The place looked nothing like the photos, was not stated that we had to share bathrooms. About 10 min walking distance from the tube with wasn’t too bad. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everyone from the other rooms. Not the worst but would not stay there again

Not what I expected

The hotel is very difficult to find, it is in the middle of a city. The staff is extremely unpleasant and not useful at all. The rooms have nothing to do with the pictures presented! They are all small.

Worst night of my life!!

This apartment is very filthy , the carpets were very dirty, smelt of drugs corridors and balcony, no parking facilities, rough around the full area. Would not recommend. Pictures are not how the apartment really is.

Location is very dangerous and run down, lots of cards for prostitution services lying all over the street and lots of shady looking characters not for the faint hearted! Apartments need a overhall lots of damage and staining could really do with a paint and tlc. Really dark and seedy area I wouldn’t stay again. As others have said!

I'm not going to go into the accommodation, which was convenient enough to visit the city, but I'm going to focus on the fact that they decided to cancel our booking two days before our departure on the pretext of an alleged renovation, thanks to Booking we were able to get the apartment back.

The room and bathroom were really clean and would leave 5 stars if it weren’t for the paper thin walls - unfortunately I had neighbours who came back every time when I was already in bed and then couldn’t fall asleep until they went to bed because I could hear every word they spoke and the floor was creaking with every step.

Really friendly staff, spacious room with kitchenette, only real downside was shared bathroom and being able to hear other visitors quite loudly. 5 min walk to nearest tube station. Good for short stays however don’t think it would be too enjoyable for more than 2 or 3 nights
