The Staff are amazing and so helpful. Especially Anil who brought me a menu to my too and collected my food every night while I was over having surgery. He checked on me daily and made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 service thank you so much

Excellent hotel and amazing staff

We were looking for spacious accommodation not very far from the historic city center and selected Radisson Residences. We loved the location, atop a hill overlooking the city skyline as well as the neighbouring suburbs. The hotel is a short 40-45 minutes drive from the airport. Check-in was smooth and we were very impressed with the apartment. We chose a 2-bedroom apartment which was generously furnished and which also has a small balcony. There was ample ventilation and very less street noise. The sunrise and sunset views from the apartment (we were on the 16th floor) were very scenic. The rooms have both air-conditioning and heaters to suit any type of weather. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle to Taksim Square. 

The apartment is best suited for long stays with facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cookware, full size refrigerator and cooking range. We would like to acknowledge the housekeeper (we don’t know his name) who helped us with operating the washing machine. The best part was that all his instructions were in Turkish (we don’t know Turkish) but my wife understood what he said fully well. We bid him goodbye on the day we were leaving and though the we didn’t understand each other’s languages we understood each other well.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the cheerful staff Ayfer and Bahram whom we met everyday at the lounge. We liked the restaurant very much, simple food and very relaxed place. We relished all the dishes such as spinach and cheese omelette, french toast etc The property doesn’t offer lunch or dinner, however there are very nice restaurants just outside the hotel where we get very good food. We can also order at our room and the hotel staff get the food delivered to the room. A special mention of and a big thanks to Taylan who took very good care of us.

There is a well-equipped gym and an indoor swimming pool. Coming back to the apartment itself, it is very well designed with plenty of storage spaces. We felt very much at home and very comfortable. I sense it would be difficult for us to next stay in a regular hotel after experiencing the comfort of Radisson Residences.

We hope to visit Istanbul again and will surely be staying at Radisson Residences next time too!

Very comfortable - we felt at home...

I’ve had the most amazing experience on this hotel, everything was more than perfect and super clean, staff were friendly especially one of them he even helped me when i had a problem with the door with a very professional way, hope i had the chance to ask him about his name to give him a credit for that.

Amazing

Comfy beds, excellent amenities but the staff are the best thing about this stay!  Staff are extremely helpful and kind and will go out of their way to help in any way they can. Anil and Ugur in particular have been very considerate although all the staff have been on hand. Hotel has excellent amenities and is close by a large shopping centre, the cleaning staff are excellent and very meticulous. Perfect stay!

Comfy, clean and the most helpful and friendly staff

I stayed here with my partner in January 2024 for 7 days the hotel is amazing, the  apartment rooms are brilliant and well maintained always tidy and clean the food is exceptional and the staff are so helpful and friendly especially Anil he couldn’t do enough for us coming to our room to take our dinner order then bringing it back up to us on the 18th floor and making sure we always had what we need. If your going to Istanbul you have to stay here.

There was exceptional level of service provided by staff during my stay.
Always friendly and in particular Anil.

The rooms are also big and spacious with modern facilities at this hotel.

Sensational serviced hotel

Really good experience staying here. The apartment was upgraded when we reached and loved the views from 15th floor. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, I have to name Anil, Muhammad and Deniz for being so helpful and giving correct information to guide. Malls are conveniently located around the area. Few restaurant options as well. There are plenty of ATMs around the area and Kazım Karabekir metro station is 10-15 minutes walk. All of this makes it very convenient for families. It is a bit far from Sultanahmet area (where most of touristic attractions are) but shuttle services are conveniently available from hotel to Taksim square. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Lovely apartment hotel in Istanbul

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days we went to different part of turkey then we came back to the same hotel for 2 days washine machine was not working in the room that we was at techinal team was called they resolved the issue the lid of the washine machine was damaged they replaced it (it was old rotten washing machine) then it was not working again techinal team has been called again then the machine has been replaced from different room to ours then when we were checking out we been told we had to pay for the lid thats been replaced and its just funny they charge people for a damaged but putting old washing machines in the room so they can carry on charging people my opinion is be extra carefull if you are not from turkey because they just want to rip you off for any reason . I do not recomment  the hotel !!!!.......
