What was bad
Very shabby room, thin walls, really tiny rooms. The hotel is unfortunately infested with bed bugs, to be avoided :

the room is dusty, very old, there are bugs in the bed. the hotel administrator argues, low level of service, plays a fool and says that these are my bedbugs :)

Good location.
What was bad
It was one of the worst hotel in my life. Everywhere is mess and dust. When I came to the room, I found my towels and all of them were dirty. But the night Administrator changed it without any questions. I don't recommend this hotel. Look around this area. A lot of hotels here have the same prices.
