We just wanted it for a night on the road but fatal. The uncomfortable beds of the docks and the very hard, high pillow. No he's stuck in my eye and I got up with a sore waist and a sticky neck. Nothing recommended. Also, we couldn't pay by card despite having tried two different ones and we haven't been given any receipts, namely all black money, in B.

Booking a phone call for a friend, when I went to check the room to make sure it was comfortable, I was left with my mouth open, room with tile flooring, decoration of the 70s, and they claimed to charge a price, cancel it without hesitation and reserve it in a more welcoming pension whose price was at least faithful to what it offered.

Hotel with no chichi, no air conditioning, no French chain but the people who work there are nice and helpful, not far from downtown and we recommend the restaurant across the street.

The hospitality and kindness of the staff makes us forget the shortcomings (no air conditioning) hotel near the city centre

I'm not going to waste my time; zero management; kitchen smells that will make you sleep; no one pulls you off the chain because it wakes everyone up and if someone says it's old; I think Moses inagures it and runs out. Nothing is recommended and if you see something black on the floor it's not a Rowmba vacuum cleaner.

Shame is shame.

I went with my partner on March 20, 2014.It was my boyfriend's birthday present.And when we arrived at the hotel there were no towels under the bed dirty and the old, dirty cabinets with the smell of atabac and that we had ordered a non-smoking room.We went to the reception and told a blonde employee who was there and her reply was no. It's a five-star hotel.It's what there is besides I'm soiling it every hour I spend many hours here and as you understand I can't be in everything.Then we went to dinner and we collected 10 euros and those who aren't staying paid 8 euros for the same dish.The room was cold, cold and very rough.Then we blew up the dirty bathroom and the bathroom we were doing as we did.Residents are using it for a lot of normal hours and they can't afford a lot of good service.

The worst in all respects.

This is a bare-bones hotel. Only turn to it if nothing else is available in town. We paid 38 euros per night for a room with two twin beds -- definitely not worth the money we spent. The rooms are small and poorly-appointed (e.g., there's a television but there are no bed-side lamps, you can't control the heating in the room yourself, and the bed linens were old and filthy-feeling). The place feels like it once might have been a retirement home -- there are abandoned, dusty and musty common spaces near the private bed rooms. The service we received was matter-of-fact, and no one ever offered any additional information about Verin or the Carnival celebrations taking place during the time of our visit. Despite the city being packed with people for the festivities, we never saw another guest in the hotel (though we did hear plenty of voices in the corridor and on the street since the walls were rather thin). The hotel is located a good 10-minute walk form the city centre, feeling quite out of the way in a mostly residential part of town.

Avoid this place if you can!

The comments I've read are very unfortunate and I think they're super exaggerated, because I've stayed at the hotel and if it's an old hotel but it's comfortable, affordable prices, good food and kindness in all respects, very attentive people with their guests.

I've seen some unfortunate comments... about this hotel... I've spent years there. and no, I've seen nothing... it's a hotel of excellent quality price..excellent..if that's the case...excellent location peace of mind...the staff the best of the best....cleaning...there are details like all hotels...but not what some people put in that comment...with a new management...I as a client of this hotel for years..it's a one-star hotel..but the cleaning..and the staff..and the food...is better than one of the 3 stars....you can prove it.......

We hesitated for a long time because the reviews were more than mixed about this hotel. And we were pleasantly surprised... clean, repainted, we eat well, good quality price, the chef is French... they told us that there was a change of direction... and it seems to work! But watch out... it seems that sometimes there are weddings that are arranged there on the weekend so you have to think about it! There were none when we went there but I think to myself that when there are, it must not be the same atmosphere... and also, watch out, it closes for two hours a day, you have to call them if you arrive during this time slot!
