The next room was undergoing renovations and was making noise after 11 p.m. In addition, the couch-cama is an authentic torture, inclined, tough and uncomfortable to conciliate in sleep. Not recommended if you point to a third person.

Poor experience

Treatment for guests is terrible, air conditioning is not working, the cleanliness of the rooms is deplorable and they realize they ignore complaints.

The worst hotel I've stayed at.

Far from the promise of good service, it is a shame for the hotel facilities. We had a long stay together, a real shame. The air conditioning didn't work from day one and we have been promised and lied about the condition of the air.

The worst thing that ever happened to me in my travels.

The hotel is in a central-ish location and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, but OMG the noise! My room looks over the street and there is a bar terrace just below my window. It felt like I was trying to sleep in the middle of a bar. Add to this traffic noise, a squeaky lift door right outside my room, and guests talking in the corridors at 6am... not much sleep to be had. I have to say, though, that the shower is lovely!

Nice but noisy

I booked the hotel quite quickly without stopping to read the opinions and the truth that was horrible. I had two nights and canceled the one I had left because it was the worst hotel of my life. Dirty, dusty, poorly insulated, cold, etc. etc. The drop that filled the glass was that they were under construction and decided not to communicate it to the customers. Such decisions are a pain for today and hunger for tomorrow. The customer can never be fooled. I couldn't work in the morning as dust was entering my room and with the sound of a radial piercing my eardrum...

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to a work office in Madrid (on other occasions I went to another nearby hotel that was complete), and on the website only the photos of the renovated rooms are indicated.On the reservation they don't tell you that there are old rooms.The room where I stayed is of espanto, of the last century, very old, deteriorated, up to the door of the room is unsafe, very old bedding and a window to a depressing patio.

They're under construction and they don't tell you anything when they arrive, so all day long hammers, radials, workers' cries, they drag furniture, dust, tables, we're asking them to return the money or talk to the manager and nothing.

The worst hotel in Madrid

A very neglected hotel, with very basic rooms, outdated furniture and very little. Many painting hands are urgently missing, as well as repairs to upholstery, for example.

Well-located, friendly staff, rooms agreeing to their price but with some shortcomings such as the lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom, the news of the other rooms as well as the fact that the lobby on each floor is still unrefurbished unlike the rooms.
