Very centrally located in Madrid with a metro stop 2 minutes away...I must say I found myself very well in my living room in this building...cleaning that exists...in my opinion a little too expensive for the service they provide but surely the location plays very well in their favor...

This is not hotel  they wrote it Hotel but this is hostel and o think they are cheating tourists because writing Hotel and ı was book this hotel for 4 nights with my wife but when I arrived it's really not hotel and it's really dirty hotel and I don't recommend for family at all maybe for 25 euros it's not bad 
I don't recommend more than that price because it's Hostels   Not hotel and the room really small 

Very bad experience with this hotel 

The receptionist's treatment was great. The sensational location, a 3-minute walk from Callao. The hotel access is also very good, all quite automated (direct stamp at the reception, cards with automatic opening, elevator...). The room is very good, all renovated (the bathroom may have looked a little worse, but it was fine). Cozy, modern-looking, a spacious and comfortable bed, a cupboard with plenty of space, a large TV with streaming services (Netflix...), fridge, free WiFi, dryer in the bathroom... Very complete. *We offered a FREE pick-up service to the arrival team (before Check-in) as well as the staff, so that we could take advantage of the day without having to go with bags.

 Genius, totally recommended.

The facilities are in very poor condition, the blinds are not working, too much light is entering, there was no water, we had to ask for repairs, the shower was not draining, the water was horrible and never repaired, and there was a lot of noise in the hallways people screaming and talking and making a bad atmosphere.

FATAL... is the end of the world.

We took two rooms. The first was the interior. Correct. The second was the street. You couldn't open the window with what you couldn't ventilate. Imagine the atmosphere of the room. The door was right next to the front door, full of people coming in and out all night long. Not to mention the street, people screaming and listening to everything because the window is like a centimeter open. No he slept all night long. One person took a hot bath with hot water and the rest with cold water. It's cheap but it wouldn't turn out to be true.

A really horrible hostel,dirty and gloomy.Gloomy and cheap rooms, depressing.We arrived at night and there was no one to attend to us, we were sitting on the outside stairs for 1 hour.A place to avoid going

The worst service I've ever had, both in reception, to put it another way, and with administration. Completely inoperative and inept with management. The establishment is in a very good area but has no parking space of its own, it's another company and it's expensive. I had to wait almost half an hour until they opened me up. I couldn't get anywhere, I had to go up a third floor and carry my suitcase, quite heavy the elevator was preferable, almost terrified to see the elevator, narrow old and unstable. The reception is narrow and with a boy who just keeps talking. The rooms are narrow and very noisy, too. No going back and I don't recommend it.

It's a bad thing to have.

When we showed up at the reception (to call it something, since it's a windstorm) about 5:30 p.m. with our young children, the boy, barely speaking, told us that the reservation had been canceled and that I had to notify him by email. I told him no, that I had not received any mail or attempted to cancel the reservation (obviously we would not have been present there with the two pieces) and insisted that yes.

IMPRESENTABLE people are not present.

Very good location, good price ratio, they should upgrade the facilities a bit, but well, we paid 92 euros for two nights in the centre of Madrid.

 Relationship quality price

After booking in advance, on the day we enter, the receptionist says no, the receptionist says no, all short-sighted, speaking in words and the same empathy as a butterfly, that our reservation was canceled. We ask him to show us the notification, we are not notified, otherwise we look elsewhere or we do not travel 500 km to see that stupid and incompetent face. Total, he shows us nothing at all. He does not give us any requests or take over anything, a shame. We ask him to speak the boss but he says we are looking for life and he does not say anything again. Lack of scruples, professionalism and dignity are recommended. No, the reception is the only place that looks like a lousy, dirty, rude, dirty, and a sale of aluminum, more than a hotel to look after.
