Nice hotel. Good location, all nearby. When we went up the stairs, we thought we were in a Soviet-era sanatorium. But when we entered Bali's room we were pleasantly surprised. We got a good, bright, spacious room. Furniture is new, comfortable. White bedding and towels. Despite the proximity of the train station in the room is quiet. Daily cleaning, full breakfasts.

I bought a hot tour at this hotel, the cost of the tour was unrealistically attractive and so I didn't expect much from the accommodation, I think I'll spend the night with her) but the hotel exceeded my expectations! Clean comfortable rooms, snow-white laundry and towels, in the room there is a refrigerator and TV, on the floor there is a cooler with water. Great location! Very friendly staff. Simple but delicious breakfasts! If it matters to someone, the hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, there is no elevator. Also, there is no air conditioner in the rooms.

I've exceeded expectations.

We were very surprised by the convenient location, all within easy reach, shops, pharmacies, cafes, train stations, parks, etc. The hotel is very cozy, clean, in the rooms clean, air conditioning, refrigerator and everything else.

We've been here less than a day from Yekaterinburg.

Location - city center, nearby train station, Magnit products, pharmacies...In easy access to the country museum, concert hall of Chalyapin, temple of Pantheelmon Celeitel, park. Quiet, quiet place. In the room: new furniture, set of towels, white-snow laundry, TV, refrigerator.

I wanted to go. And I liked it so much that I stayed for a few days. Yes, it's a Soviet-style hotel, but it has its charm. Cleanliness is monitored every day, nice hosts - help, tell. It was very cozy. Thank you very much!... One of the biggest advantages is the location. Close to the waiting area, but at the same time very quiet. I recommend for lovers of simplicity and silence.

Home and cleanliness

Very angry post. From + here only relatively low price and proximity to railway. All the impression of the city to my friends has ruined this place! With suitcases you have to drag up a steep staircase to the registration deck on the 3rd floor, maybe you will be settled upstairs. You will be greeted by a aunt hello from the Soviet Union. Say thank you that you have not been loaded yet. Don't relax. Look carefully under your feet! The park is walking. The corridor still smells of repairs from the 90s. In the room it's not cleaned. Its dirty curtains, dirty mattresses, in garbage shelves, in the dust-filled pollutants.

Shut this place down!

The hotel is a replica of a bad Soviet-era hotel. But it is conveniently located - five minutes walk from the train station. A small group of 30 people traveled. In each room something was wrong: the toilet was hanging, the tank was running, the shower was not closing, etc. For a separate fee there is a kitchen. The rooms are only on 3, 4 and 5 floors, so for those who climb the stairs it will not be difficult. With wi-fi also the problem - password is given, but the internet is not connected.

The hotel is so good.

The hotel is positioned (and shown when booking) as trёшка. However, in fact  it is no more than единичка. Moreover, with a spicy taste Back in the USSR. The third and fourth floors, apparently, of the former hostel, and on the first floor is a bank. The entrance through a made-up (in the type of orange) side staircase to the building with a view of the pompeous, but century-old dusty curtains. Next door, which may have been seen by Lenin.
