The hotel is located in the center of the city, everything is within easy walking distance. I stayed in a room with a balcony and in a standard, the room with a balcony was more pleasing, looks stylish. The photo is true. The rooms have everything you need, including towels and disposable toothbrushes.

The standard room had problems with the Roman curtains, but it's not the fault of the hotel.

I didn't have any complaints about the location either. I won't judge the area myself. It wasn't really good luck with the neighbors. Since I lived on the first floor, the neighbors got hit like I understand the young athletes. Some nights there was periodic noise, which made me wake up at night. The walls are not thin, but they're not fat, the sound is heard, but it's just quiet and the neighbors are loud.

Very comfortable room, good bed, separate kitchen and bedroom areas. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay... very clean both in the room and in the hotel itself... the administrator is constantly on call, solving all the issues that arise.

It's very remote, clean and quiet, you have everything to live comfortably, you don't depend on anyone, there's a laundry room, water, tea, sugar, you're close to the center.

The walls are thin, the neighbors have a good hearing, but for me it's a small disadvantage, and we didn't hear that often, you see, the neighbors, and... we rarely stayed at the hotel, mostly walking around town.

The apartment-hotel is located in the center, right next to the city administration building. A small minus (or not minus, but it should be taken into account) - the Pologaya street is in essence its hill, so when returning to the hotel we always had to climb up: either on the Pologya itself, or the bristles on the steps from the Ocean Avenue.. the rooms are good, spacious and comfortable. It's in the center, 10 minutes walk to the waterfront... freshly renovated room, kitchen in the room, everything you need: dishes, teacup, plates, microwave, refrigerator. Two small rooms: bedroom and a separate folding sofa in another small room connected to the kitchen. Bedding, towels, fans, bathroom accessories. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and internet tv. Stayed for one night made everything right.

A cozy room with a new renovation, I really liked the kitchen in the room, the clean bathroom.

The lack of soundproofing of the rooms is just on an inappropriate level, you can even hear the phone ringing from the neighbors, as if you're living with them in the same room. Also, there's no administrator, which means the possibility of contacting the hotel administration in an emergency.
