They've ruined the mood and the whole weekend, the guy can't communicate at all, so I recommend the management of this hotel teach their subordinates how to communicate with people who come to rest, and this isn't the first time.

It's awful.

There's disgusting noise in the hotel. There's car noise and loud music on the street, neighbors talking behind the walls, knocking on doors, banging in the hallway, talking at the reception.

Not this hotel if you want to sleep at night!

I ordered a room four months before the vacation, periodically confirmed the booking. And then I went to them, calling them in advance in 3 days. And then at the entrance to them (it was 5 hours to drive) the girl called the administrator and said that so and so in the room will not work.

Eat it

The room was spacious and bright, but the third floor had no comfortable windows - you couldn't see the view. On each floor there were amenities like a separate room with a flat panel, a heating system, a bakery, a teapot. The room had a TV, wi-fi, refrigerator and air conditioning. Also there was a sauna in the hotel, but you didn't get to visit it.

It's cozy, clean, quiet.

The hotel is a medium-sized hotel, but for that kind of money you can get a normal (2100 standard rooms under the roof). The disadvantages are: torn towels, clean sanitation, a pathetic breakfast (for 2 options (egg (2 eggs) or oatmeal, bread (2 pieces), tea or coffee), only cash or a transfer.

I got a comment from my friends on arrival that this hotel  is for meetings :) And really down there are two saunas, or even four saunas. And in a normal life I wouldn't give it more than three stars. But! We were a big company and we shot two different saunas twice. And just for the mountaineer. It's great. The floors are tiled. After you go to the sauna. The laundry... I saw they wash themselves. The laundry is probably clean. But I didn't like the quality. And the towel is just one??? Why? In the room, toilet paper slippers, soap, shampoo. The girls are welcome. The staff ordered breakfast, scanty napkin. At the receptionist  they sell everything they need first thing. In the kitchen, we found a large sauna room and only 4 balls in the bathroom.

So three, but in our case, four.

Nice clean rooms, polite and responsive staff, and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Free and reliable parking in front of the hotel. A big TV and fast internet in the room. I recommend! All the questions that arose during my stay were resolved very quickly by the administration.

It's a good hotel.

Weird people who write negative reviews about a hotel. What you wanted to get for that money (I gave 1,200 rupees) is a fancy luxury or staff that will lick you. Cheaper are just poor hostels and rented apartments. It's a good place to stay, even though the management still has a lot to work on.

It's just a normal hotel.

We're not in the rooms we've booked, we're in the sauna and the ex-massage room. The receptionist is frankly gay and starts to scream. There's an obscure thing in the bathroom that's been making a lot of noise all night. The rooms are cleaned, the hallway is littered with cigarette smoke. There's a sign on the door that reminds us of the real purpose of this place.

Hamlet and brothel

We've booked a room for one night. At the reception, an administrator meets us completely ignoring us and chatting on the phone. We're told that we've booked a room, it's small and we're being moved into a room with two beds on the ground floor (room 9). The room itself turned out to be a brothel! There's no window, there's a sauna in the room, there's no bathroom. Being in the room sucks. We're asking to change the number, the one we've booked is a refusal, it's occupied. Why is the room occupied when it's booked in Buckingham, the administrator can't answer.
