I've been here with my wife in September 2021, the main advantages are the location and the price, before the train station is two steps away. For some people, the lack of sandy access to the sea can be a disadvantage, but for us, it wasn't a disadvantage because there is a very convenient access from the stairs on the pier, another plus is the airspace where you can always find a place and comfortably get back on the ski slope

I didn 't find the downside.

I've spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this boarding house on a dance retreat. There are many retreats here, you can choose from) Morning charging and meditation on the beach, walking in the age-old forest with powerful energy, delicious vegetarian food, silence and peace, in general, if you lead a healthy lifestyle, have no bad habits and don't like parties, you're here! ;)

I 'd recommend it.

Before you go to the South, you need to know a LOT about the boarding house. It's a quiet, quiet place, with no restaurants, cafes, discos and other entertainment. The air, the sun and the sea. The location is excellent, close to the sea. The rooms are all in the room category, there's everything that's declared. In the 7-story building, there's no elevator and it's declared by the boarding house, the dining room is in another building, walk about 200 meters slightly into a hill that's not more than 10 meters, i.e. not always in the hill.

It's a quiet place!

Firstly, the beach is disgusting, the sea bottom is made of sharp stones. Secondly, an old building with cheap furniture and bad sanitary equipment. Secondly, the toilet has dirt and the toilet has a bad smell. Their dirt, of course, is dirty, but they are not official. In some cases, they can be found in the bathroom, but if you want to find them, you can find them in the bathroom.

Damaged vacation

I've been to the South several times. It's convenient to get from Tuapse! From the boarding house to the sea 100 meters. Great staff!!! Good food. There's a campsite on the top of the mountain with a beautiful view...There are often interesting activities that are worth visiting!!!

It's a good boarding house.

We rested in a boarding house with a one-year-old child. We start with the minus, to finish on a good note. 2) There is no toilet on the beach. In which case - it's forbidden to go to the hotel at the reception. But there is also a lot of people coming with children, and there's no quality children's playground. There's a small cottage with a bathroom. There's nothing to do with the kids there at all, and the older kids don't get much of an interest. Stairs on the stairs leading to the hospital are perfectly lacking. 2) There's no toilet on the beach. In which case - it's forbidden to go to the hotel at the reception. But there's a lot of people coming to the hotel, and there's only one bathroom.

Family Retreat

We stayed in the South in mid-August. The unusual nature, very warm and friendly reception, service at a very good level, clean and cozy rooms (with snow white bedding and towels) very tasty, diverse and satisfying kitchen. Very cozy beach (small galka) with a pierce, in the evenings from which you must watch wonderful sunsets (2 minutes to the sea) We are very pleased with the rest. We will definitely return again!!

The South is a small life

We had the good fortune to rest in this amazing place, in the Southern boarding house, which is only 12 km from Tuapse. Our Standard Room is very convenient to get from Tuapse by electric train, only 9 minutes, 3 minutes even if it is around the stop and we are in the building. The hall is light, cool, there is also a cafe. There are conference rooms, which are convenient for training, festivals. The service is very good, friendly people, who will be happy to help you in any minute. Our Standard Room was located on the 3rd floor, sunny side.

Harmony in the South

The village is located in a very picturesque place near Tuapse. Beautiful nature, beautiful forest, many shadows. Around it are Soviet-era buildings both in operation and abandoned. The central asphalt road descends from the trail to the sea itself some 3.5 km. There are a couple of food shops, there is no pharmacy.

We're on vacation for the second year in a row, mom and I and the two kids, we're happy and the kids are happy too! Quiet and quiet, the sea is clean, the air is fresh, the rooms are normal, the food is delicious and full, the beach is free of water, the sea is not crowded, the sea is full of people! But there is the possibility of jumping from the pier, or waves. Very happy. Good places for a quiet and quiet vacation! From the hustle and bustle of the city. Minus there is no children's playground and pharmacy. In steel everything is fine.
