We stayed in this hotel for 2 days from 30.11.2020 to 02.12.2020, in single room rooms 24, 28 and 34. In room 24 it was warm, clean (soul and toilet new), comfortable, somewhere at 6:00 the generator or the drawer starts to sound by the window. In room 28 it was clean, but it was VERY cold from all the windows!!! on the street it was -17...-20C. Our comments were noticed by offering a robe and a heater. In room 34 it was VERY clean, but it was also VERY cold, after the night in the cold room the employee felt bad, at the reception we were told that they would check the rooms and do something to correct the situation. However, as it turned out, the bathroom needs to be either warm or to capitalize on the frames (but the wind from the bathroom from the outside of the street) but the bathroom is not too hot for you to hear things coming from the next room, so if you want to swim in the hot tub at night, then you need to swim in the hot tub.

It's really cold!!!

Thank you very much to the staff of the hotel Neftekhimik!!!! Very clean rooms, bright, cozy, furniture all new. For each guest there are dresses and slippers, enough towels. All the plumbing is new, everything is dirty to the brilliance!!! A huge bonus - very tasty breakfasts that are included in the price. The staff are polite and responsive. Very convenient that the calculation hour goes from the moment of arrival!Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!! We will definitely be back to you!!!

We wanted to get to Tobolsk a long time ago, two years ago. This summer our dream came true. We chose Neftekhimik because of the price - it's cheaper. It's far from the Kremlin, but not in the car. It's located in a house, the hotel occupies 3 floors. We lived in a large two-bedroom. In the room: kitchen hall, there's a teapot, a minimum set of dishes and a sofa. In the room: a two-bedroom bed, a table, a wall with cabinets, a TV, a sofa.

A wish that has been fulfilled.

There's a kitchen in every room, and it's just a flat, and I'd put a 4.5, but I can't. There's no Wi-Fi in the economy rooms.

It's a good place.

We stayed at the hotel quite happy. We stayed with our family in September of this year. The staff is polite and friendly, ready to help with any questions. They asked for an extra blanket and we were given it within 10 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable.

A convenient transport connection

I stayed at the hotel for a few days. The rooms are nice, bright, cozy. The room is clean, the maid's room is cleaned every day. The receptionists are responsive, they welcome you with a smile. Also included is a breakfast, which I really liked, all fresh hot, and you can buy a fresh pie anytime in the kitchen.

Good hotel.

The hotel is located almost in the center, 7-10 minutes walk away. Nearby are bus stops and shops. Although the exterior of the building looks unpredictable, the rooms themselves are very good and spacious. Fresh stylish repairs with elements of decor from natural wood (in Scandinavian style) have been made. All the furniture is new, and not the cheapest. Good new sanitary equipment, which is very pleasant against the background of other hotels. Not bought. New TV, but the signal is caught on pieces of 10 cm, so.... Breakfast should not have been said that the rich, would have been one and better.

The middle hotel

I stayed here for 3 days. I don't share the enthusiasm, although the hotel isn't bad, the prices are acceptable. The room is a bad owner's one-room apartment - in the rooms it's cold, the batteries in the TV booth are sitting down, the lamps are overheated.

We got a very large room with private bathroom, clean sheets and good wi-fi. And breakfast. The two staff ladies we met didn't speak english but were really nice and tried to help us the way they could.
A bit too expensive. And above all, the location is not the one shown on booking.com's map! It's actually pretty far away from the kremlin.

Good but pricey

Hotel is located in sleeping area, plenty of shops around, some bars. Exterior is terrible, but room are not bad.
Standard plus room is spacious, good furniture, there are sofa, armchair.
No desk in the room to work, only coffee table.
No elevator - I had to carry my heavy suitcase to third floor myself.
Almost every day I had to ask to bring me toiletries.
The breakfast in not buffet, the same every day. It take quite long time and starts too late - at 7.30 on week-days, at 9.00 on weekend.
