We stopped at the Builder's in December 21st. It was a problem-free accommodation with the animals. Moreover, we do not have a pocket dog, but a German shepherd. When we were first armed, we discussed this issue and at first we did not believe that we would be allowed to have such a large dog. When we settled, we left a deposit of the size of 2000. The dog was even given a pledge. The room itself is small, but cozy and clean, with good furniture and a bathroom.

The main advantage is that animals are allowed to live with them!

The hotel is located in the courtyard, adjacent to the same-named fitness club and unfamiliar shops. The location is convenient, considering the size of the city itself. Take a walk wherever. The room base is not bad in equipment. The only thing is that the rooms are on the third floor, and there is no elevator. Not everyone is comfortable. There is no restaurant / buffet / bar, so breakfast in the bags for each room is placed at the bottom by the administrator. If you want to warm up - go to the second floor, there is a microwave... well, a little more colonoscopic. Breakfast is full, no questions. The hotel will not call it a hotel etc.

A nice hotel in a weird place.

Built in the Soviet era as a four-storey dormitory for construction site crews, it has been restyled into a combo of offices and bedrooms. The latter are to be found on the third and fourth levels of the building and in the absence of either a lift or a porter to help you with the bags on the stairs you’d rather pack lightly for your stay at the Stroitel.
The rooms are clean, the mattresses hard and bumpy and the bedsheets come in the wrong size, so you’d better avoid rolling too much in your sleep. The room door doesn’t offer much in terms of either security or sound insulation; there’s no bolt or peephole and the lock is flimsy. 
The worst during my stay was the lack of the internet; the hotel does connect you with a router but all you get from this connection is functioning WhatsApp – nothing else is working. The hotel staff keep telling you that a technician is on his way but of course it’s a primitive ruse to prevent you from checking out and moving to another property and no technical support arrives. Like short and narrow bedsheets, the nonexistent internet is a cost-cutting measure here.

The room in the hotel is good.The bed is big, the mattress is really very thin and not very very nice. For those who have back pain, I write.

There's no hot water in the room. The problem doesn't solve. So stay in hotels like this, it seems no problem until you touch the right one. I don't recommend. Just imagine you have a morning flight and you want to be clean and tidy the next day, and here you are.

Scottish Place

I booked for a week, went to bed at night, and at midnight, the door was knocked, two policemen came knocking and asked me where and why, got a decent response, the guards said that something was up there and left, and I didn't know what it was, but I slept for a couple of hours as my hand took off, and I didn't get any rest.
