Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The reception is open until 8:00 PM in summer, and the rest of the time — until 6:00 PM. Guests planning to check in after the specified time must notify the hotel staff at the phone number specified in the booking confirmation. In case of late arrival, contactless check-in takes place.
