It's a terrible hotel! The photos on the website and the description don't match at all. The quality is 2+. Starting with the rooms, not even the controller works, the room from the previous residents left used shower gel bags in the bathroom, and the new ones were not put in. The next day, they just dumped the garbage in the room and everything. Food is 2+. The owner saves everything. I don't recommend. If he's already ready and has nowhere else to stay.

I didn't expect this service.

They said I didn't call them at all, and I didn't get there myself. Then they said I didn't have my armor, and they gave that number to other people a long time ago. Then they started to find out that it was booked by another girl, or even a man. Then in their excuse, they said I booked with a girl who's not on her shift right now and that's my problem. Then they found out that my last name was just written with three mistakes and there's a reservation. Then they offered to choose breakfast only for me, they wanted to give me the underwear, and they only addressed me, even though I was with a young man. Then we went up to the business suite, which had a hotel room with 35 stars with 3 stars, and I'm not the most likely person in the room.

It's disgusting.

I like: No metro station close, but some tram / bus stops found near the hotel. Embankment is relatively close, so it was easy to get there; this is what I liked the most of the location of the hotel because I did like the river area, and I could go for jogging easily over there. There was a small store market like one block away, and another one like 2-3 blocks away. Check-in was fast, and I got room 112, shared bathroom with another room. The room I’ve got was good for the size, I felt comfortable. The single bed was fine for me to rest and sleep. Not so good if guests in the next room spoke, I could hear their voices, even more if they spoke aloud, terrible thing. There was a flat screen TV set with several channels, good signal. Air conditioned in the room. Just one electrical socket worked good, other two with problems for connection. Breakfast included in fare, it was not a buffet, but a menu of five options to choose one from each day the night before. The portions were good enough for me, though the quality might be improved. Diligent staff, specially Natali who was always servicing the tables. Options comprised fried eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cheese, cold meats, bread, oat, no fruits available. Hot water available for preparing tea, coffee, or coffee with cream. On another hand, Daria at front desk was always friendly and helpful; she spoke English; two of her colleagues spoke English, too, though a little bit less.
I did not like: To confirm my reservation took time, and I was not sure if it was OK or not until my arrival. Bathroom: it was a shared option between two rooms. In general, it was clean, exception made for one of the guests next room who one night left the toilette dirty; that is the risk of the shared option; other days it was ok. The only thing of the bathroom is that the siphon of the shower was kind of blocked, so that the water flooded a little bit; I had to wait for the water to disappear to keep showering. Wi-fi signal worked near front desk and in the restaurant, sometimes good and sometimes no signal, and it did not worked in the room, at all. No safe in the room.

Adequate stay

In the rooms, the standard is the cheapest tile ceiling (like offices), despite the more or less decent repair of the rooms. Disgusting breakfasts: petty portions, the cheapest products. It's better not to offer any breakfasts than that. In our room in the bathroom there was a waste crusher on the drain, which made a terrible noise every time you used a toilet, bathroom or sink. Also, the lighting on the toilet was constantly fading - some lamps on the ceiling periodically lit up, then gas.

A bad hotel, not worth the price.

It's a very rare thing to have a room in a room. It's a good fan. The air conditioner worked normally. What I didn't like: the shower cabin is barely alive. The frying pan, the doors are hanging, the leak is dying. The plate: the broken pieces are glued. The rooms are transparent. The photo room has a chair, and the real room has no windows, not two. There's a bit of a sense of luxury when you give a photo room.

I stayed at this hotel during the World Cup, and it perfectly met my needs. Well situated, I can walk to the Volga River beach, or even walk to the train station, as long as you have a good mood to walk. Clean hotel, no luxury, extremely simple breakfast. Hotel with good cost-benefit.

I really enjoyed this hotel, the polite staff, the excellent breakfast to choose from, the variety of menus. The rooms are clean, cozy. The price of this hotel was pleasantly surprising. Thank you for the hospitality and welcoming reception.

A cozy hotel

I'm staying at this hotel for the second time in 5 years... I have to, because there were no rooms in other hotels in the right area. The first time I got a door in my room at night. And I was released for 4 hours, which almost made me late to the airport. Now the picture of staying at the hotel is no less depressing.

The talent to spoil the food!

A typical but comfortable hotel. Very clean. With good free Wi-Fi service. A good breakfast and pleasant staffing. Located in a quiet area. A 20-minute walk from the city center and service area. If you don't mind having to walk to the hotel.
