Pros: It's on a pedestrian street, the interior is superb. Cons: very noisy, the kids go out at 3 o'clock, there's no heat, it's cold, the air conditioner almost doesn't work, breakfast is just cheesecake, espresso doesn't go in for breakfast!

It's a terrible experience.

At first glance everything was good, even great. Not counting that there was no parking, but we managed to park next door. A cozy cute little hotel. In the very center of town. On a pedestrian street. To any object we walked in person) has its own 24-hour restaurant. Welcome waitresses. Tasty to the bar expensive food. A large bar of drinks to any taste. True, there was no refrigerator in the room. We had a standard. Well, no problem. One night you can walk around.

It'd be all right!

It's a nice little hotel, with very friendly staff and stylish decoration of rooms. The location is also good: it's the center of the city, almost on a pedestrian street, where there are many bars and restaurants with a boiling nightlife.  It has all its disadvantages..., and with this hotel. With all the advantages there are also significant (in my opinion) disadvantages: - the hotel has NO parking! There is no parking at all! One corner is on a pedestrian street, and the other corner is on a narrow street.

We all have our flaws.

We decided to stay overnight in Rasyaani, because there were already many lunches and dinners in Chulaan, so we decided to stay in their hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, conveniently located. The music played in the bar all night, especially sensitive - take the takeaway :)) The only remark of the staff - it turns out that you can book a room from 3 hours to several days, for example, we arrived only at 10 p.m., and in the morning we had already left for another city for work, and we would have been more profitable and convenient to pay for 12 hours, but we didn't know about it.

If you want, you can sleep with music.

When I booked the hotel, I didn't think it was a hotel at the bar. The mini-hotel is on the second floor of the bar. It's like only 4 rooms. It has a separate entrance from the street and an entrance through a secluded door in the bar. There's no separate staff to the hotel. All the questions are decided by the bar administrators. They booked a standard room. Very small. The bathroom is very nice - wines.

3 days in Ryazan

Located on the pedestrian street, the hotel is on the roof of the restaurant/bar. it seems that it was build for the owners, the rooms are adorable, very comfortable and equiped with everything you might need. Style: provance. Clean. 

Breakfast is served downstairs and is a bit small even for a girl. One dish and a drink is included into room rate. I would prefer to have two dishes.

It could have been very nice for couples, as the breakfast might be served to the room.
