It's a nice interior but it smells terrible, the restaurant doesn't work, the service staff talks politely but doesn't solve the questions, the room is dirty carpeted, the breakfast is not tasty, I don't recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend a high-end hotel with beautiful photos on the Internet.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. We booked a room on the other side. Such rooms only come out on the side of the road. It's awful!!! At night the noise from cars seems to get worse. The air conditioner dries the air, blows and can't sleep. I had to open the window. Okay the noise... The room started to smell exhaust gases and gasoline to the point that it was bitter in the mouth! I don't know what the effect is! Maybe the cashless location of the hotel. But it's just a nightmare! They haven't slept almost all night! By the way, the hotel itself has a terrible smell of tobacco like in a stuffed car. At the same time, the hotel is quite clean and very nice! The person was standing in the hotel. The taste of the breakfast was very nice, but the taste of the dishes is very nice, and the look of the pot is very nice.

I wouldn't recommend it!

I didn't expect such good rooms for such ridiculous money! We booked a room with two beds for two adults and a seven-year-old child. The beds turned out to be giant! My husband and I were very comfortable and spacious. The child on the second bed could sleep both along and across. In the room, everything works, the shower is clean, the mold we didn't see. Breakfast is wonderful. Since we weren't in season, people at the hotel had few meals, breakfast was cooked individually, offered to choose from several options. Especially made for the child oatmeal (very tasty!). Right next to the hotel's parking lot, very convenient.

Overall, everything was nice. 1. Parking behind the hotel and in front of it. The place is enough. 2. Very spacious, and a little unoccupied lobby. Overall, a lot of unoccupied space. 3. Good repair. High ceilings, that's what I liked very much. 3. New carpet. 4. Spacious rooms and bathrooms (water pressure for a contrast shower is not very good). 5. Nice balconies a-la to smoke (but probably not). 5. Comfortable mattresses on wide beds. 6. Breakfast in general, if there are no high expectations. With hot... Maybe cool. Since it's on the road, make noise from cars.

I like it, we're still at the hotel. Very neat and nice. You can see right away that the hotel is always pleased with the guests. I'd like to limit the parking space to the common space, and in general, it's all European.

The hotel is located near the bus station and the Russian Park. I was downstairs with my sleeping younger son, and my 11-year-old REBENOK with his suitcase. - When registering, the administrator reported that in our price category room the maid does not enter and let her go.

Family: I, husband, granddaughter - teenage girl. The hotel as a whole liked it: the rooms were spacious, clean, cozy, comfortable beds. The hair dryer didn't find it, but asked the manager, and the problem was solved right away. The breakfast was fine, sausages, cheese sausages, eggs, tea-coffee. The choice was scanty, but we had enough, no complaints by tomorrow, everything. But there was one thing that brought to light all the hotel's merits. And this, however ridiculous and ridiculous, was the human factor. Namely: the attitude of the restaurant staff to the customers.

We stopped on our way back to Moscow from Rostov for two days.

We stayed here with our family for Christmas holidays, a good hotel, we had a two-room Business Lux, we were very comfortable, the children's bed was brought on request immediately on the phone, the second child older (7 years) was placed in the living room, everywhere large TVs, very convenient, repair comparative, already outstanding, but clean in the room, breakfast is normal, enough to stay overnight, restaurant worked, delivery of food to the room for a separate fee, nearby museum Russian Park, very convenient in a short walk, generally good hotel, motivation is not left!

Not bad for a family vacation.

I booked the hotel for an ambulance on the booking, through an app, already leaving Yaroslavl at night, at 23 hours, choosing literally from what was left, I didn't read the reviews here, although if I had read I wouldn't have ordered:).
