Good service, responsive staff, cleanliness, great breakfasts. It's a bit of a refurbishment, but it's pretty original and nice in general. I'm often in different hotels, so I'm positive about the unusual interiors, but there's some variety.

Normal hotel with good service

Good evening, if you can call it a good one. You booked a table in advance, one condition was that you needed live music, but you ended up in a room where there's no live music.

The incompetent workers at the reception

I've got a garlic mayonnaise sandwich, an apple, an orange, and a water or tea, and the answer is, How much is it?

It's the norm for Omsk, and it's terrible.

The gold, the wrench and the curtains... a design that can cut the eyes in places, but in general, good service, attentive staff, comfort and quiet.

A place with your face

Yes, the hotel is in the style of a go, rich. Although it only made me smile, but it was no annoyance at all. It is 100 times better than the Soviet Union, which is so often found in regional hotels. Inside the room is clean, warm, there is condiments. There are two sets of towels, including the one for the bathroom floor (which I used to live in), all the hygienic appliances in the bathroom at 13.00 am. I have to go back to the bathroom, but I have to say that I like the first cup of tea and soap.

It's a good hotel.

I was first charged an extra fee for an early check-in, but after contacting the hotel by email, it was corrected and the money was returned to me immediately.

The hotel is very nice,the rooms are spacious and clean.Small people might have trouble getting into the bathroom to shower,although the margin is already slightly high.There is a water dispenser in the hall and the guest gets a new bottle of water.The staff are exchanged every day,whether you want to or not,it is normal,but many of the hotel rooms are new,except for a few meals in advance.I would have had to pay a hotel fee for breakfast,but it would have been better to buy a hotel for a couple of days because of the fact that it costs a lot of money, but it is also a good thing to buy a hotel for a couple of days (for example, if you're in the city of Tajikistan, it's a good deal less expensive to buy a hotel, but it's a good deal less expensive to buy a hotel for a couple of minutes or even a few minutes).

It's a nice hotel, but check the bill immediately.

Hotel Shato wasnt our first choice during our one-night stay in Omsk but as our original accomodation was canceled we decided to stay here.
The hotel is very nice looking, the staff at the reception is very helpful and professional. We were even accomodated earlier than we were supposed to. 
Rooms are nicely decorated, everything is clean. Free water in the corridor is a nice plus. 
I recommend trying restaurant downstairs, food is very good and so is breakfast - very nice variety of hot as well as cold food, fruits and sweets. At the end of the stay we were really happy we appeared at hotel Shato. 

Great, unexpected stay

The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of a colleague, but it was a complete disappointment for me. Firstly, I prefer the modern minimalist style. The chateau is built in a futuristic style: leopard, candlestick, elevator in gold - in general, by design, everything should impress the guest with the luxury and richness of performance. I was not impressed. But the biggest disappointment from the hotel is when I got into the room.

Dorogo-Rich's style was not expensive, not rich, but poor in quality.

In Omsk there is a hotel that you want to return to. Despite some pumpiness of the interior in general, the hotel is praiseworthy. The rooms are clean, cleaning is regular, towels and bed are unclothed, the rooms are quiet, good breakfast. Add a good restaurant kitchen and average prices, as well as a convenient location = a great place for both business and tourists. p.s. keep in mind - the portions in the restaurant are large - calculate your strength correctly. 😜
