We stayed with our family for 1 night. We chose, based on the convenient location for our car route on the Kashmir Highway. The hotel is located in the forest, next to the park, the air is clean, there is a place to go for a walk. The staff is quite welcoming. The hotel itself is tired, the interior is early 2000s. We had the room of the Pollux - it's the maximum category. It's awful showery, the window in one of the rooms goes up to the interior staircase, it's very strange. The minibar is broken, the air conditioner didn't work. The sanitary is very old, it was a little shallow. There was something in the room of a type of wardrobe - it was standing in a constant buzz. We were with a little kid, we wanted to have a taste of the quiet.

One night is fine.

If you're not a shy person and you have nothing to lose, then it's your choice.. the low level of safety of storing valuables.. 2.. the low level of medical requirements for visitors.. 3.. the lack of control by staff over the cleanliness of visitors.. the lack of faith of the service and the ROSPETREBNADZOR.. the client offered to go to this pool about once a week from January 2017 to November 2019? and here are the shortcomings he found during this period 1.. the low level of safety of storing valuables.. 2.. the low level of medical requirements for visitors.. 3.. the lack of control by staff over the cleanliness of visitors.. the lack of faith of the customer service. I stayed at this hotel for one night. I booked a standard one-bedroom on the mansion. I was prepared for the fact that its interior would be quite cozy, but that I couldn't walk in it without bending my head was a big surprise)) at a height of 186 cm you can't move around the room!

The swimming pool at the Green Park Hotel is generally good, but the staff behaves disgustingly, the word customer-oriented is foreign to them in principle, they don't snuggle, cuddle and behave as if you should. This applies especially to the coach of the children's group Tatiana Anatolyovna, whose task is not to teach your children to swim, but to shake more money with you, including imposing on you individual lessons. Children's things in the pool are missing, so no one can monitor it even with video surveillance cameras, they can't do anything.

Imagine the most horrible and hospitable hotel - the Green Park hotel is a bright representative of this category! This hotel has a complete lack of understanding of the living conditions of the people in the rooms: 1) the room was extremely hot, there were no regulators on the batteries, so you had to wait until midnight for the batteries to cool down, with a typical knock-out! Unfortunately, this all came to light after checking out the rooms and paying for them. 2) The noise from banquets and singing in the karaoke is heard to the point where you think you're a DJ of all this bakery!

A painful night

The hotel is a quiet place to walk around. Not to mention that the room where I stayed is comfortable it can stay for a couple of days.

The Commander

The hotel itself includes a hotel, restaurant, sauna, swimming pool, street corridors and a fish-fishing lake. Always polite administrators. It's nice to deal with Elena - a very responsive person. The restaurant's excellent cuisine, especially the serving of a chassis with fire and grilled vegetables. Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

A good place for a traveler

I'm visiting my relatives and I'm always looking forward to going to the green park because it's near the pine trees. They have a swimming pool. I've never looked for such a clean and pleasant place. So here it is. They don't let me in without any preliminary tests and references. The administrators are very responsible for all the doctor's findings. It's nice. You can drive the kids without fear of any trouble. The water is crystal clear inside. The water is treated with the method of ozone i.e. chlorine. It's not smelling. The water is clean, comfortable. And from the pine forest. I go after a motivational time because for retirees there's always another tariff and, of course, a lot of them there. But the price is very low.
