Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Нot water cut will take place from August 22 to August 27, on August 23 from 4:00 AM to 00:00 AM water supply will be completely cut off. The hotel will provide water heaters to guests upon request. - upon arrival from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a booking fee will be charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a day's stay;
Late check-out will be charged in the following amount:
- from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM - hourly pay (at least 6 hours in advance);
- from 6:00 PM to 00:00 AM - payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay.
Airport shuttle fee: RUB 300.00 per vehicle (one way).
