We were guests in April, and it was partly bitter cold. Of course, after extensive exploration of the area - which is absolutely beautiful! - it was all the more pleasant to return every night to such a charming accommodation. Our apartment was so nicely furnished and the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary that we could feel at home. The hosts were also very friendly, and when we left we were given chocolate and they waited a long time. I think the location and accommodation are perfect especially for families with children. But next summer we will come;)

I highly recommend it.

All facilities new and pretty. The owners are nice. Come with a car so you can drive around to other cities for day trips or to the sea if you don't feel like walking couple kilometers. The sea at this town is not as crowded which is awesome. The home is really lovely in comparison to others we have stayed in and not too expensive at all.

Amazing, new, relaxing area

Very friendly owners trying their best to communicate with the amount of English and German they master. We were a family of three. The flat is big (ca. 50 m2); one big room with a little kitchen (fittings by Electrolux) integrated and small table with 4 chairs; wardrobe and 2 single beds and an Ikea sofa that can be transformed into a double bed and balcony with view on the water. Smaller bedroom with another balcony and very narrow bathroom – this would be too small for 5 people. Fly screens on one window in every room – very useful!

The atmosphere is a bit sober; the furniture is functional, kitchen provides basic items (cutlery, plates, pots) but nothing else (e.g. corkscrew, tea pot, grater).

Wifi is working very well.

Not a place if you want to watch TV – there are about 5 to 7 programs, none in German or English. The next restaurant is in Nida (15 km away), so really a place when you look for nature and calm. 

The bathroom has basic equipment, no rack over the sink, only a board at the side. We found it difficult to prevent the shower from spilling water on the floor. Not enough hooks for towels for 3. Bedside reading light only for one bed – this is inconvenient.

Calmness and nature

A cozy house in a small, quiet village. The owners are Adele and Eugenius. They are lovely people. They are very pleased with the guests. There is a small grocery store nearby, where you can still buy everything you need. There is also an excellent cooked fish in the next house. The room is very clean. Fresh repair, new furniture, a full set of dishes. A fast and stable Internet. You can rent a bicycle and go on an exciting trip through the picturesque surroundings. Unfortunately, I spent only one night here on the road from Kaliningrad to Riga, but I will be glad to come again. I hope for no less than a week...

A quiet wharf in a fishing village

Located in the charming village of Pervalka, 20 minutes by car from Nida. Apartment with small terrace, new, clean, very nice decoration, very correct size, well equipped (kitchen, toilet linens available), warm, well soundproofed. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, hot water. Very good Wifi. Very welcoming staff. Free parking space in front of the house. Excellent price ratio, clearly recommended.

A very pleasant place.

We arrived very late, without warning of the time of arrival in advance, and our hosts were already sleeping, but hearing our shout at home, Adele immediately came to us. The first impression is that we were their relatives and came to visit them, but why did they delay. Essentially: the apartments on the second floor, the furniture is new, very clean, the dishes are full set (when we leave we were excused by accident from a broken glass).

It's very emotional.

My husband and me we come to Pervalka every year for our summer-autumn holidays. This time we stayed at „Pervalkos vėtrungės”. The room was on the first floor (14 sq metres) with terrace. Room was very nice - clean, newly refurbished and elegant. Minimalistic and Scandinavian style, just as we love. Of course, there still are some missing thing: there were no bedside tables or small shelves to put glass of water, glasses, or book. I also missed shelve under the mirror in the bathroom and a towel radiators. Anyway, it was the best stay in Pervalka so far - many thanks for Adelė and Eugenijus for their hospitality.

Nice newly refurbished apartments

I was looking for a place to stay on Neringa that wasn't in a touristy area like Juodkrante or Nida, and found just the place, off the beaten path in the smaller, easy-to-find town of Pervalka, between the two.

I fell in love with the photos I found on the booking site, and the room itself did not disappoint. It was spacious, airy and bright, with white beadboard and walls, just as a beach retreat should be. The little kitchenette was well-appointed, with a sink, range, refrigerator, dishware, utensils and cookware. The bath was modern and spacious, and looked as if it had just been renovated. In fact, the whole room had that look--it was spotless!

The bed was very comfortable, and in place of a headboard there was a vetrunge (a weathervane, for which the area is known), providing a charming bit of color to the room. An added bonus was the little balcony with a table and two chairs, which in my case overlooked the well-maintained front yard of the residence.

The owners were a lovely and gracious couple, Adele and Eugenius, who had spend a few years in Washington, DC, before returning to Lithuania. I speak a little bit of Lithuanian, and they were happy to indulge me in practicing my language skills on them as they provided an orientation to the room and to the town. It is obvious that they take immense pride in running their establishment; it shows in every detail.

My only regret is that my stay was just for one night. I couldn't help but think that it would make a wonderful writer's retreat for a longer-term stay. And it was certainly an excellent value for the cost--only 30 euros for the night in mid-September.
