Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet location, close to city center and sea (about 10 minutes central street and up to 20 to the sea).  We spent the whole week with two kids. Also near small food shops and fruit markets. 

Good place for family holiday 

Great place, for us it felt like a home away from home. The room was nice and clean with a large balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the main street, in a lovely neighbourhood. We will definitely go back! 

A home away from home

This hotel is perfect when you travel with a budget. Walking distance to beach and main street of Majori, Jurmala. Close to train station. One minute walk to the river and farmers market. We will book this hotel again. Nice staff and clean room. Lovely!

Perfect!

It's a very quiet and quiet hotel. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, teapot, dishes. You could make breakfast. I liked the big lodge. Good internet. Nearby is a big supermarket and a small shop, three times a week there is a market.

It's a quiet place.

The room had a large cabinet, a table, two chairs, a television, a large refrigerator and a microwave oven. The dishes had plates, bowls, cups, glasses, knives, forks and spoons. The room had a teacup. The beds were long. The sanuselle was relatively decent. The bathroom had a good shower cabin. Of the bathroom belongings there was a liquid soap for two hands, at one hand for washing dishes and toiletries.

Quiet and quiet

For me, this is my life building. In the late 80's, there was an air-float prefecture here and we - a young family of pilots lived here. It's a miracle and not a place - everything is close by. On one side, the jintanari on the other, the majori. if you go ahead along Concordia Street - go to the sea and my favorite Yomas Street - at the end of Yomas Street - the concert hall under the roof of the jintanari - there were festivals. I find it hard to write - I love this place very much. Even at that time, all the living conditions were created here. we lived with a newborn chic other- too.

I'm reminded of that.

The kitchen area is quite a large kitchen corner with a microwave, full-size tile, shovel, large refrigerator. In the room are two large spread couches, a chair, a large table with a glass counter, chairs, a TV. It's simple and comfortable. A huge window extends to the entire length of the room with two exits to the window. But it's light and clean. The kitchen is very high quality, the bathroom is very young, and the bathroom is changed every day, and the toilet is a little more convenient.

It's an excellent budget hotel.

We've been here with our family for two days. It's not the Baltic season yet, but we were on vacation and we really wanted to see Jurmala. We were basically all set up (big fridge, sink in the kitchen, microwave, TV, good lunch table).

A little bit.

This "motel" is a 10 minutes walk from the beach. 

No food, bar or breakfast. Make your own or eat outside. 

Very attractive price. 

Rooms are pretty basic, but clean and includes fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle. 

If you need an affordable place, I recommend it. 

Offered laundry(ok) and SPA (didn't try)

Nice way to keep budget

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 5, in one of the suites. There was a room for double bed, and a much bigger room for three more beds, a sitting area, table and the kitchenette. The staff is helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Jurmala's main street Jomas (15 min. walk). The seaside is another 10 minutes walk after Jomas. We had chosen this hotel for its location and affordability, and it proved to be a good choice for us. Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet, too. The baths are adequate for the time being, but the staff may wish to upgrade them in the near future.
