The Santorsola Relax Hotel is located in a very beautiful valley and is a quiet place, great to relax, it is also very clean and well maintained. The owners are kind and available. The breakfast is good and abundant, the restaurant is also of good quality, especially on local dishes.

Tranquility and relaxation of other times.

Wood and simplicity. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. When you enter you can smell the scent of wood. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is everything you need. As a service there is also the restaurant with typical and really good cuisine. 20 meters from Trento in a small quiet and well-maintained village. The hotel is located in the center and very close to a small supermarket... for every need. If you want next to it there is a restaurant to eat. Absolutely worth going back.

Tradition

We stayed here for a weekend and the experience was exceptional. Room care in the smallest detail extremely clean, superlative breakfast, offering both sweet and salty, genuine cuisine with high quality products.

It's excellent.

Ordinary rooms, top cleaning, excellent pizzeria, pan-Gruelic breakfasts, easy access to the area of the lakes of Caldonazzo and Levico as well as the various villages of the Mocheni Valley.

Calmness

It's a quiet vacation, in the spirit of true relaxation, in an uncontaminated oasis of true peace, very careful family management and the comfort of the hotel in front of the bus stops and a great starting point for various excursions/paths and trails.

I stayed three nights right after the fireworks, excellent cleanliness, kindness and five-star availability of the owners, excellent restaurant and pizzeria, worth a stop for those who live in the area, congratulations to the staff, I would recommend it without hesitation, and if I can, I'll be happy to return.

Staying relaxed

I stayed with my husband at this nice and clean hotel during the month of August and I can only review everything with excellent ratings. Starting from the owners, wonderful people and available to Elisa, who ran the restaurant room with passion kindness and availability to every request. Breakfast and dinner were good with genuine products. The location of the central hotel in the small and cute municipality of Sant'Orsola, where we regenerated with fresh air and nice weather. Thank you for everything and goodbye I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone

RELAX and PIACERE

Two reservations - paied in full 2 weeks in advance. 18-23 august and 24-28 august. The 16th of August I'm forced to call and try to cancel, since our kids were not well and me and my wife had to change plans. The management told me they would have came back to me but nobody called me, until the 18th - starting date of the first reservation - I'm calling them. They told me I had to lose all the money. And I accepted because it was not their fault. I inform them that I would have spent 1 night at the hotel (the 20th night) and I hang up. After few hours I notice that I could have recovered the second reservation in full (more than 7 days before the arrival). I called them to ask why they didn't tell me that and nobody told me anything but to send an email. I sent an email and they accepted to refund me for the second reservation. I asked them, since I paied almost 500 euros for the first reservation, to give me - for the night of the 20th of august - some kind of higher treatment...we arrived at 20th night and we've been assigned to a very poor room, with a cabinet without key to be opened, with a bank bed beside the queen bed and tens of chairs stocked in the corridor. I asked the manager why they decided to let us have this experience - she told me that we make them lose other reservations with our cancellation. A bit confused I decided not to continue. They have 500 euros in hand, we used 1 night a very poor room and they can sell our room to other people. I don't see the issue. For sure, I'm never gonna be back in this hotel. PS: I haven't received any refund so far...

Poor, unfair management and building below expectations

We went back to this place after two years and we were fine again. The rooms are clean and the view of the mountains is beautiful. We used the half-pension formula because the restaurant deserves it, everything is really exceptional and with plenty of portions (first, second, contour and sweet) spending in two x 3 nights 275€. The place is also very convenient because a few kilometers by car there are departures for many trails.

Real relaxation

On the occasion of Vasco's concert, we stayed in this hotel, excellent location, well maintained and clean, the owners of the facility very friendly and available, very well maintained kitchen.
