We stayed only one night, however in the approved complex. 10 minutes walk from Bologna station of metro B, from which you can get to the Colosseum, and from Villa Torlonia, on the 9th floor of a building. Gentle owner, he allowed us to check in at 9:30 in the morning (just arrived). Nice room and private outdoor bathroom functional, just a few small details out of place (to the lights of the room not working, finished toilet paper and toilet bin not emptied). Perhaps the biggest mistake was the Wi-Fi that wasn't working, but maybe it was an accident.

Overall good

Our room had the outer bathroom (already reported at the time of booking), the fact was a bit uncomfortable, but the bathroom was well furnished and clean, also because the cleaning is daily. Breakfast is served in the Sicilian pastry shop in front of the building, and included a drink and a cornetto: from the white chocolate cornetto and the one on the runway, as well as all the typical pastry. The location was not the best because, although a few minutes' walk from the Tiburtina and Bologna metro, even with the Trastevere means was 45-50 minutes away.

Comfortable, though a little out of hand.

This is not a bad option if you are on a budget. It is on a quiet street and you get to witness the local way of life in Rome. Having said that, do not expect a lot from the property, you get what you pay for. The rooms are pretty basic  (but clean) and you have a kitchen that you may use. If you are on a budget, I would suggest you to go for it. The bologna station is a 10 min walk..the cafe opposite the street (where you get free breakfast) has amazing cornetto's and you have decent restaurants near by. We were two girls travelling alone and came back home late at night almost every day for a week,did not face any issue safety wise either. Not a bad deal according to me.

Decent BB in a safe locality

Don't book this B&B. Ever!! We feel it was a scam! We paid 150€ extra to have the best room with bathtub. When we arrived, we got a room without bathtub. When we asked why this was so, the guy gave us a lousy explanation about the rain causing troubles in the bathtub room. We finally got the room the following day (after having waited 30 minutes outside, as they took our key) and the bathroom was in terrible shape. It was not possible to flush down the toilet, so they gave us a bucket to fill with water and flush out. Not very romantic!!!! We contacted the owner with several messages, but he never replied (it was on WhatsApp, so we saw that he read the messages right away). He ignored us the whole week, and got no compensation the whole week. 

Furthermore the hygiene on the bathroom was very low standard (half roll of toiletpaper as we arrived) and the whole B&B had a worn feeling about it. 

Worst hotel experience ever.

DONT BOOK IT! Worst B&B ever

I stayed in this Bed & Breakfast with my boyfriend for 4 nights as a base to visit the city of Rome. Our room was on the 9th floor, clean, tidy and quite comfortable. External bathroom, but private. We got along very well, even with the staff who were always kind and available. The only problem was the noise of the street underneath during the night, but I think it's like that all over the metropolis.

Comfortable accommodation

The last day in the bathroom there was a terrible smell (she told me the lady who takes care of the cleaning that happens often). The hot tub (see photo) was very old, worn out and the hot tub wasn't working perfectly. The bathroom kit, present among the services that the structure offers on this site, didn't cera and liquid soap, this would be a bathroom kit?!). The rotating boxes for the coffee machine were finished and I couldn't use these services. It was a very old cover (see photo).
