Great clean, modern, good value hotel in an excellent central location. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good value with kids eating for free. We use Premier Inn  a lot in the UK and the first German experience of one was great all round. Hotel room could have been a little bigger for a family of 4, but for the price we cannot complain

Modern, great value, central Munich hotel

Too minimalistic hotel, with limited services and furnitures (no frigo bar, no wardrobe in the room, no restaurant in the hotel), with the strange policy to NOT clean up the room during the stay. If you eager to stay in this hotel, don’t forget to bring your Dyson with you…

Too Spartan Hotel

We arrived early in Munich and Premier Inn is so kind to let us check in before the check-in time. 
The location of the hotel is very strategic.
We’ve booked a premier plus room. 
The bedroom is very clean and comfortable with complimentary chocolates & sparkling water in the fridge. 
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.

One of the best Premier Inn we’ve stayed.

First I will start will the positives, which to be honest are the important ones location and price. Excellent 

My main complaint was a knocking air con,(or some mechanical problem as the pipe running along the door was making a knocking noise,) that lasted all night on the last night. The noise from other rooms is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. (It’s either the thin walls or maybe just very noisy neighbours .

Also, The window fully opened , so if you get offered room 112 and have young children,make sure you check it doesn’t open fully. It has been reported.

Arrived for 3nts in January.
Checkin very easy but staff not overly pleasant very little interaction from them, didn’t explain when using lift we had to scan room card & at same time press for floor number. No explanations about breakfast times given. 
Room very typical to Premier Inn very good bed & pillows, kettle in room with tea/coffee provided. We were very disappointed to find the tv in room didn’t allow mirroring movies from phone or allow to use firestick. Any other hotels we stayed in Germany we had no problem.
An easy walk from the station & to tourist attractions. 
Don’t think we’d stay again

Typical Premier Inn but not very personable staff

Receptionist was totally rude. Needs to go on a customer service course. He told me to leave my left luggage tickets while I run the toilet. Denied it when I came back & a colleague helped. Massive attitude but I’m only a customer.  Shocking. 
Stayed in Hamburg PI recently & the night service was the same. Night mgr was outrageous. Wouldn’t give me a glass of ice for my room. Even worse the cleaner stole the high valve deposit cans/bottles from our rooms. Not like that in the U.K. Been a good customer over the years to PI but so so disappointed now. Expect more

PI was so much better

Excellent three days and the hotel was a superb base for exploring Munich.  Staff extremely friendly and welcoming.  Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the centre of Munich.  Bar also excellent with helpful staff, serving nice drinks

Brilliant staff

I've never seen a hotel room window so crumbled before... at the request of the hotel manager, he said it was just a budget for a once-a-year cleaning... even the carpet floor was dirty 🙄

Hotel rooms with no view

While the hotel may not be rated five stars, the people who work here deserve this rating.  It is a tourist hotel within a short distance from the main sights of Munich.  We were not on a tour but booked the hotel privately and arrived prior to checkin time.  The staff at the desk eagerly took our luggage, tagged it and kept it safe while we got acquainted with Munich for the next several hours.  Our room was comfortable and immaculate, the bar and its staff very accomodating after a long day of exploring, and we felt safe and valued as guests.  Several large tours checked in while we were there but we never felt overlooked or inconvenienced.  Highly recommend this hotel and Kudos to the staff. They should be valued by this company.


Very good location for visiting Munich

The hotel is located close to main square, train and airport bus stop and also to local transport. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant.
Breakfast was nice and fresh, nothing outstanding but it did the job.
My one complaint is, that despite being advised that the restaurant only served a limited menu ie, pizza and burgers, that the day I'd done a long day trip, I couldn't get any food at all in the restaurant at 7.30 pm.
