We were here for the night after a walk. Rooms got a little old. Bed okay, please don't have carpet in the room. Bathroom is very big, shower is outdated and impractical. WiFi doesn't work in the room. Breakfast is easy, but coffee is bad. Food: the potatoes weren't good, the panade of the slice is greasy. In the living room it can get very loud, conversation is difficult. The room price is too high, however, we are here in a tourist-loved area, which probably explains the price-actually-price/performance.

Coming into the years

With the help of the owners of the Hotel Sonne where we normally stop we found this. Located in a very small centre in the countryside, enough parking. Large room with balcony provided with chairs and a table. Absolute silence. Good restaurant with a huge portion. Cost of both the restaurant and the great room.

After an extensive excursion through the imperial chair, the raisin was waiting for us for a strengthening afternoon's supper. In the large hall we lost 19 people and could not eat in the cozy restaurant. The food desires had already been communicated in advance so that we could leave immediately. Whether it was the slice, salmon or just a salad with dumplings, everything was already prepared. Unfortunately, there were only industrially made spatzles and potatoes, which we all had plenty of on large plates. The salads, meat, field and Krauts were fresh, sparingly on vinegar, and croutons but with plenty of water sauce.

Well-stocked

We spent two days in the imperial chair to wander wine and spent the nights in the Rössle. The Rössle is located in the small village of Altvogtsburg. The rooms are rustically furnished and clean. Although our room was on the first of August and it was 30 degrees outside, it was pleasantly cool in the room, although the room has no air conditioning. In Altvogtsburg there was almost no cell phone reception. That didn't bother us. I felt it was rather positive. The Wi-Fi worked well and we could download hiking maps. On the room we found prospectuses with hikers and gastronomies in the area. We were also impressed by the host. They were extremely friendly and humorous. We would be welcome back.

All you need

We've known the owner couple for several years and we've been in the cottage for as long as we've been in the cottage.We've never been disappointed,a bit rustic but good.Seasonally cooked kitchen, the boss cooks himself.Outside a large garden farm, for children with playground.

Emperor's kitchen

We sat out on the terrace and enjoyed the delicious food with the friendly service. The asparagus was excellent, so was the roast, the pig's fillet and also the cordon blue. The portions were plentiful and the price-performance ratio is right. Our family is happy to come back!

Very tasty, well-bourgeois cuisine

It is a guesthouse in the middle of the imperial chair and therefore only suitable for the class of persons referred to in the title. The reception is perceived as simplicity from the desk and from the chief. We had a comfort room in the DG (2nd floor). Of course there is no elevator and therefore not suitable for walkers. The large room with wooden balconies and carpet floors was clean and purpose-oriented. The mattresses for this room were certainly no longer at the desired comfort level. The large bathroom includes a bathroom, a toilet, a smaller sink, a business floor and a lot of empty space. It is decent-lighted. The kitchen is operated in a very small area. The chief is very well equipped and is in a good condition according to an overall assessment. The mattress can only be improved for the person who leaves the room early enough to get out of bed and relax.

For hikers and nature lovers

Nice owner, chef cooks very well! Comfortable dining room and larger dining room. Comfortable rooms with seating and balcony. Shower, toilet clean. TV and phone. Good breakfast buffet. Extensive menu, own wine.

Clean accommodation - good food

Unfortunately, there's a handle next to it...room like the train station, unfriendly, unprofessional, and content-defeating speech from the boss, raw pork veal, Hawaiian toast with ribs!!! and visibly rancid cream on the ice - how can this happen? Unfortunately not the crowning end of a beautiful day
