Shameful, broken closet, holed sheets, dirty pillow tea, tiny shower, poorly insulated from noise and heat, I wouldn 't recommend unless you don 't have a choice, but really don 't.

The staff is welcoming but there's really only that

It is definitely not the best hotel. The only pluses are the helpful and friendly staff, even though some of them hardly speak English, they try hard :) and the good wifi. 
Otherwise, the bathroom is quite nice and large with a nice corner bathtub which gives you the illusion you can have a long relaxing bath when you return from your exhausting day until you actually realize there is no drain stopper for the nice bathtub. 
They have 4 floors with spiral stairs and no elevator and if you are unlucky enough to get accommodated at the top floor you are going to hate it every time you need to go to your room.
The view from my room was really disappointing with some old roofs and terraces.
Very bad sound proof. I could hear everything from neighbor rooms and there were families with small babies crying and people fighting.
The street is certainly not the nicest in Toulouse.
They cleaned the room with something that left a terrible smell behind.
Very basic furniture.
Not even soap is provided.

Not a deal for what it offers

As we'd missed our last train & needed somewhere close to the station to pass the night we decided on this small hotel as the price was marked up at only € 55 .Neither a nice area nor hotel . The room next door was noisy all night with a woman entertaining men friends , the sheets & blanket very dubious , the room smelt musty & funny . We got very little sleep despite putting a chair against the door .To be avoided at all costs - I shall use a more well known hotel next time we're stuck even if it's double the price .

Near to train station but dodgy

I was in this hotel for a city trip. The location is strategic, in the sense that it's at 200m from the railway station and 5mins on foot to the city centre - nevertheless, since the area is near the station, the neighborhood is not so safe. The staff is very kind and welcoming, always smiley and  ready to assist you. I didn't have the chance to have breakfast. The rooms were bad: dirty linen (never put a sheet with a spot on it!!), very small rooms and poorly sound proofed (I could hear my neighbor as if he was in my room). The bathroom was extremely small, it was almost impossible to wash my hands. This would have been acceptable if the price was very good, but it was not. At the same price you can have something better!

Easy location - too expensive for what you get

I'm shocked by what I heard last night, it's embarrassing, no privacy when the neighbors have a relationship we feel they're in our bed, I don't dare talk about showers and toilets in a closet

Don't come with your children!

If you want to hear women enjoying, beds grinding, you knocked on the right door, you're badly isolated, I couldn't find sleep I could hear everything going on in the chambers upstairs and cuddling, a real mess, I spent the worst night of my life

I strongly discourage him

I'd never come back, I couldn't find sleep I thought I was in a brothel, the walls are very bad to isolate, luckily I didn't have children he would have been shocked.

c is a basidrome

The location is nice, pretty close to the train station and to Jean d'Arc subway station (5 minutes on foot). When we arrived the room had very strange smell which somehow dissapeared later. The view from the room was quite unexpected, we saw the inner garden. There was a balcony, but no door! The stuff was quite friendly and able to speak English well. 
As far as it was a business trip I actually didn't spend much time at the hotel, I was there only overnight. Anyway, the price / quality ratio is nice.
