We had a lovely stay with the housewife Deborah. The bed is excellent, everything is done to satisfy the travelers as best as possible. The swimming pool area is very friendly and invites to relax and rest. I recommend!!!

What a beautiful step!

A very nice and well located guest room. Very welcoming and flexible from the owner. Clean and nicely decorated room. Lunch on top with everything necessary. Very good stay with friends.

Woman acting very strangely and agressive with the customers. I have never seen people hosting you like this.  
Moreover, rooms are dirty and pictures are not representative to reality.
This place is definitely not where you will find rest.

Horrible

We stayed here for one night as it was conveniently located along our trip across the Route du Soleil. The room was very nice and the surroundings quiet. In the morning a fresh breakfast awaited us. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

Very enjoyable accommodations

We only stayed here one night but it was enough to experience the mood swings of the owner. Welcome more than unpleasant because we arrived at 4:45 (instead of the 5 p.m. indicated). I was asked in a very aggressive tone to please remove my heels before entering the room and clearly the children are not welcome... in short, a very nice place but absolutely to avoid if you want to spend a friendly time.

It's a very nice room, but it's a terrible reception.

The guest house with swimming pool is quietly located in a tree-lined garden, next to the river and not far from the highway, making it a very convenient and very relaxing drop-off point! The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious and the bed is of quality. We spent a family night there (two rooms for five people) with breakfast and we were not disappointed!

The rooms are correct but the reception that was reserved for my family for breakfast was disgusting, in fact they were aggressively and almost insultingly intercepted by the owner of the premises for no valid reason. How can people over 80 years old be taxed for nighttime drinking? We are not ready to recommend this establishment which is far from being in the average price of the sector.

Welcome is Desirable

I stayed at the Nuit d’un Jour with my partner to visit the Beaujolais area for the launch of the 2017 wines.  I booked from booking.com where the photos showed the room with an open plan bathroom off the bedroom; what the photos were taken to hide was that the toiled was also open plan. The only windows were either high with no view or the sliding patio door to the driveway with all the privacy of a goldfish bowl unless the curtains were drawn.

The booking was for three nights, but we cancelled after the first night. The manager really didn’t understand that the toilet in the room with zero privacy was a problem.

I have no doubt that the hotel itself, as in the main building (and not the converted garage that we were given) was probably okay. Breakfast was fair, fresh orange juice and breads with a croissant, but we just couldn’t cope with an open plan toilet.

Open plan bathroom means the toilet too...

Private house with at least 3 rooms, spacious, modern and renovated. Friendly reception by the owner, parking spaces in the courtyard - large plot with a nice pool and garden at the back of the house. Breakfast is simple (good bread, jam, butter, croissant...). Unfortunately, the rooms do not have a TV, but the large community room, which also offers a wonderful view of the garden.

No hotel - guest rooms (chambres d'hôtes)

Clean, practical rooms, very friendly reception with a glass of red wine, light winter garden, pool area and garden - very rich and lovingly decorated breakfast - parking in a closed courtyard in front of the rooms
