I was visiting in Sokos Hotel Lakeus one night in end of June. Hotel was fully booked because Music Festival Provinssi Rock and check-in took more time than usual but I think they still managed ok. All check-In desk were operating and check-in process itself was efficient. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Everything was in right order. Room had also own sauna which was very nice. Breakfast was ok as well. Not a five star but it included all incredients I prefer. overall impression of the hotel was excellent.

excellent maintenance

Lakeus was a nice surprise, the best or at least one of the best Sokos hotels I've stayed in. Renewed, modern and clean room with a small certified sauna in room. Bathroom small, but functional. 

Service throughout the hotel was excellent, very friendly and helpful added with good humor. Loved the localization in a form of several details, mostly in a form of local dialect, the restaurant menu as just one of example of this. 

Will definitely stay here again 

Exceeded expectations 

The hotel is very, very good. From the outside, the hotel looks a little old, and at first I was afraid that I would be disappointed. The opposite happened: everything is true! From the service to the breakfast to the check-out time, everything is perfect. We'll be back.

Absolutely perfect stay

A scandinavian style, modern, newly  renovated very tidy hotel. Good location in a dull and empty city. Good breakfast and nice decorations. Very small bathroom, good beds. As a minus: not possible to open windows in the room, the noices from the neighbours could be heard through the walls, dull view over the parkinglot, you have to pay for parking 8 euro/24h, the cleaners had soread their gear right infront of the lifts. The most scary thing were strange sounds during the night. It was clear tgat someone was walking in the room eventhough nobody could be seen. 

Tidy but plain

Good location in close proximity to the train station, ample parking and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Clean, modern room and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is good with fresh food and good coffee.

Good location for business in Seinajoki

24 hours reception service very friendly. A restaurant is right in the hotel with very good food. Breakfast starts at 06:00 and has a wide selection. The rooms are clean and in most cases equipped with a sauna right in the room. With the S card you get a very good overall price

Good business hotel

The hotel has been recently renovated and our room was very modern. The in-room sauna was a nice surprise, though i am not sure how much demand there is for it. The breakfast is ok, but would benefit from a slight increase in quality. The TV was nice and the kids loved the opportunity to watch Youtube from the tv directly.

Modern hotel with central location

We had a conference in Original Sokos Hotel Lakeus. There's actually nothing negative to say, all the facilities are neat and well working. Rooms confortable and clean, customer service great. Very easy to recommend.

Central location, good service

Good location near railway station. Very friendly personnel. Sauna in the room (summer offer, good price). Quiet and clean with good beds and stairsif you not prefere elevator. Highly recommend a stay.

Very friendly hotel

Place is close to the city center and train station but Seinäjoki is so small that everything is close.  Room was comfortable and clean.  Not very big room and bathroom was really small but one of the best ones compared to space available.  Breakfast was included like almost always in Finland.  This makes it really basic Finnish hotel breakfast with nothing fancy.  I've tried the other Sokos in city but always retuned here if available and this one is priced about the same or even less.
