I really enjoyed stay at Sadama Villa in January.  Satisfied with this pick. 
Great location. Just 2 minute walk from Viking spa.
Very friendly staff.
Coffee and tea available at room.
Clean and peaceful.
Super comfortable beds for quality sleep.

Nice hotel, good apartment very clean, all needed domestic things you can find. Basic breakfast. Location is good, you can park your car for free in front of building, center pretty close. Helpful administrator.

Good for couple of days

The location of the hotel is convenient - close to walk to the town or to the beach. Free parking is nice and the price is very reasonable. However, even though this is a budget hotel there were couple of things that would make a big difference:
- lady at the reception has very bad English. We had couple of questions but the language barrier meant we couldn't communicate.
- the attic room was very hot - the room was 30C when we arrived and as it was raining it was impossible to open the skylight at the ceiling. Luckily the rain stopped for the night and the room could be cooled a little. Not particularly comfortable sleep as the duvets were really thick too. Pillows are terrible. I'd suggest you bring your own if you can.
- Towels are quite old, thin and worn.
- No light by the bed that could be switched off when in bed. It's bizarre that in the opposite wall there was a light that had a pull switch but the identical lamp by the bad didn't - and had to be switched off by the door.
- TV is 90 degree angle to the bed - had no intention of watching TV but it would be better placed at the foot end of the bed.
- Breakfast is what you would expect at a hotel of this standard - adequate enough but nothing special. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables though which is nice.
- The breakfast room was very warm the first morning. The second morning the doors to the garden were open but there really didn't seem to be an option to eat outdoors. The garden would benefit from a few nice tables and chairs.

Not bad value for money but not excellent. There really should be A/C at the attic rooms - really way too hot!

30C in the bedroom... bit too hot.

All the impressions are super positive - a great location in a quiet beautiful place and at the same time very close to the old town, the hospitable hosts Tatiana and Alexander, the large clean light rooms with refrigerator and teapot, comfortable beds with quality laundry, very tasty and varied breakfasts, a cozy courtyard with balcony and barbecue.

It's a beautiful hotel in the perfect location.

Location is very good, center with all the restaurants and small shops is very close. To the beach which is very nice you can walk in 10-15 minutes. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Only thing that you need to consider is that there is no air conditioning and it had been over 30 C' for weeks, so the room was very hot indeed. There was not even a fan which was mentioned in the description, but luckily we had our own with us. Good thing that at least there were shades that prevent sunshine to the room during the day.

Breakfast was quite good, but breakfast room very occupied and during some mornings hard to find a seat. There is plenty of space in the garden, but only two tables there, so they definitely should add tables outside for summer period.

Nice hotel with good location, but no AC

There were seven people in this hotel room, and they were very kindly received here. Beautiful rooms with flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast with everything your heart desires. Highly recommended, even for larger groups.

Motorcycle holiday

If you are looking for a hotel in Pärnu that is nicely located and not too costly this might be your choice.

Hotel is within short walk from Pärnu restaurant district and not too far from the beach either.

If you come during summer the room may be hot and you need to keep windows open to cool room during night. But for economy price you cannot expect too much. 

Good hotel with basic services

Peaceful location, smiling service, nice breakfast, free parking and clean rooms. Only minus is the lack of a/c and not so good sound proof. Happily recommend! Big bonus on the playground just across the road which helped when travelling with kids.

Perfect price/quality-ratio!

Was staying with my wife for one night. Room was clean and cosy, wifi was good. Place is less than five minutes from old town and centre also not more than five mins to the beach. The only con was that they didn't have breakfast, but there is hotel nearby with such service. Still we walked to a nearby cafe to have wonderful morning coffee and breakfast. I would recommend this place if you want to have good rest at night without much noise from city also the price was very good.

Nice and quite place to spend a night

The second floor is more modern, this is where we stayed, but it was not a room but a full apartment with a full roof. It had absolutely everything including a water heater and a tea or coffee maker. The temperature was uninviting, but there was a terrace behind and in front where you could be. At the same door you could leave the car for free. The city center was about 10 or 15 minutes away and the beaches were many more. We walked around the city and, on the way to the beach, there were some luxurious wooden buildings that recall its past as a place of vacation in Imperial Russia. It was a delight to enjoy these streets near the beaches, delighting in the reception of three new houses, in art-new style.
