Very noisy at night, impossible to rest, The dining room is quite dirty along with the kitchen: little cleaning in general: the prices are normal: but I insist on the noisy, the reception is very good; we received Mrs. Victoria.

I stayed two nights in this residence, I can't justify the score so high maybe just for the location but the room and the context were really desolate the tiny room without a towel hook roll toilet paper almost finished, towels held together with ropes, from the window then a show of the worst suburbs... I just have to spend a good word for the lady at the reception, very kind and as I said the strength point of the position.

Visit to Granada

We picked it for its location, which is the best part of this place, next to the Gran Vía and the Elvira Gate, but it has a lot of bad things: the bed sank in the center; the room and bathroom smelled of sewer, plus the very small bathroom, the shower a torture, if one of the leaves of the doors fell while you were ducking, the water was moving and was not well anchored to the ground. The worst is undoubtedly the noise. At night you hear absolutely everything: the doors of the entire building, voices, rumours, the streets of the shower, the orders of the street and the rumour of the front desk.

Good location, good place to be.

The hostel was chosen based on reviews, and it lived up to our expectations. It was a wonderful place! Firstly, the excellent location, secondly, the pleasant Russian women Marina and Victoria at the reception, thirdly, the presence of a large and comfortable kitchen with everything you need where you can cook whenever you want. There is a sufficient number of different dishes, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, three large refrigerators. There is tea, dissolved coffee and sugar. The room was pleased to have a sink and a small balcony.

A very small, noisy, rudimentary room (simple glazing is heard all over the street and the neighbors), a little dirty (hairy in the bed), a receptionist's welcome not very friendly, the second one was more smiling.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the center and not directly on the main road. At night it is very quiet. The rooms are small but clean and adequate. The beds are very good. The staff are friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Super price-performance ratio

I'm thankful for their excellent and spacious kitchen area.God likes to save us a few euros by doing a supermarket instead of eating in restaurants.However, they could do something with the smell inside the rooms.Especially where I stayed, tobacco smell prevailed.

It's a nice place but...

It was the worst experience of my life. months of planning the trip and on arrival they tell me that they have overbooked, let's book more rooms than they have and that I can't sleep than I don't have a room. They offer me to sleep in the living room or talk to another client to see if he wants to sleep with me!! and that the fault is not theirs, which is also mine!! They are a bunch of shameless people! They delayed my whole trip because I had no place to sleep and they don't care, all they say is that no room will show up.

The individual room is on the ground floor, it's clean, it has a good bed and a very clean bathroom.The price is great, it's cheap but you have privacy and you don't have to share anything with anyone.The professional and pleasant reception.When the heating comes in at night, you're in the very comfortable room.The only thing you could find is that if you go in the summer, there's no air conditioning, but because of their quality to price ratio, there's no comparison.In the common area of the ground floor, coffee is served free of charge and you'll get up in the morning.When you give the keys, you'll get complete independence as you don't return them until you're ready, holding the door that at night there's no reception.

To get to Residencia Ziri we took a taxi, cheap from the bus station (6 euros). At the reception you can breathe kindness, always available to resolve any doubts. You are invited to have breakfast, where there were good options. It is an old building, but very adapted inside. The clean, tidy room. The shared outdoor bathroom always clean, modern, with shampoo and soap and towel (something that does not always offer you this type of accommodation.
