We booked a room in Via Holland 12 in advance for the 29th and 30th of December but we had to pay on the 31st either you paid or you didn't get in!!!. on the 29th we arrived late than the agreed time, thankfully! I'm ringing the phone several times but it's useless, there's no one. (it's cold outside) I call the host: I'm coming in, in 5 minutes. arrived abundantly after 5 minutes, the host doesn't even help us with the bags.

Shameful in Rome

We're a little... scum, full of spiders, the mattresses seem recycled from some landfill, no soaps in the bathroom, no breakfast, the owner didn't remember that I had paid the $30 deposit with a transfer, crazy clothes!

Scandalous

I can't find a positive side of my stay in this place... I made a mistake because I wanted to save on the living room, but I never imagined all this. We slept two nights and then we went to a hotel. The room is very dirty, they don't change the towels and they don't even make your bed. There is moisture on the walls and breakfast doesn't exist. We didn't even have hot water. The area then...is part of a popular house complex and it becomes dangerous to go back to the room in the evening.

A nightmare

I declare that this review is the result of my experience and represents our sincere opinion. It is incapable of arranging the beds. The structure is old and fatigued, the rooms are not clean. It does not offer all the amenities of a normal bed and breakfast. Breakfast is not there, the bathroom sucks. I mean, take it if you don't have the cards to make a roof.

Never again!

We stayed in this B&B for two nights, and we claim that cleaning is non-existent like breakfast, old, poorly renovated rooms, the owners only present at check-in.

The area was a little noisy, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, there was no courtesy set in the bathroom, very clean location available, but without a sign and condo to renovate,

A rented room for b&b. Located on the third floor of a popular barracks with no elevator.

Are you still on time?

This b&b has only one advantage, it's located a few steps from the Music Park Auditorium! Otherwise, I'd never sleep there again. The rooms are old, and poorly set. The cleaning leaves me wanting. The managers are shallow, rude people, and none of them are present. There's no air conditioning or fan. I mean, I'd never go back there again.

I'm sorry about that!

I stayed overnight in this B&B for the student contest, not far from the barracks, except for the purchase, well-maintained and clean room, not very welcoming and not very present service.

Quiet B&B

We booked this B&B recently, as we were going to the Auditorium. When we got there we realised we had made a big mistake. The B&B is in an apartment built for what I presume was accommodation for the Olympics in Rome in 1960 and it hasn't been done up much since. It's very rundown and wouldn't be a great area at night I suspect. After walking around and looking at the general area, apartment hall and entrance we decided to bail and find somewhere else. We did and it worked out well.

From reading the other reviews now of the people who stayed there I'm so glad we didn't stay there now! It's as bad as we suspected it would be. 

Lesson learned: check trip advisor before you book!
