The B&B is located right at the beginning of the ZTL so great to visit Pitigliano and/or go to eat in one of the many restaurants in the historic center. Unique new: there is no parking so you have to look for places in the streets of the newest part of the country. You can get to the entrance of the B&B to unload/load luggage. The reception was courteous. The room - a superior - was clean and quite large. The furnishings are rather dated. There is no possibility to get a hot drink. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was in the small and lacking of courtesy set - only the cupboard. Good breakfast especially the sweets made at home by the lady who makes us with a nice smile. Unfortunately every morning architects are close to the barrier to reach the bathrooms.

Good location

We stayed one night, the price is fair considering the proximity to the historic center, but as far as the rooms are concerned they are a little narrow and little (not to say at all) soundproofed. The double bed is 'formed' by two single mattresses and too rigid. Not to mention uncomfortable. To improve the breakfast, a little scarce in terms of fresh drinks and salty sector.

Located at the beginning of the historic center of Pitigliano, it was a very well managed structure by husband and wife.

Not to be missed.

The B&B is located inside a tower of the Pitigliano fortress; in the structure (and also in the rooms..) you can breathe an atmosphere of other times, with multiple references to the history of the city, and so much care and attention to detail; impeccable cleanliness.

The warmth of the welcome in a historic home.

The structure is very central, it has an ancient and welcoming atmosphere, everything is studied in detail and carefully maintained, the services are excellent! The courtesy and availability of the owners makes this place without special weather! If you want to see the fabulous Pitigliano do not hesitate to stay in this historic home.

A charming place.

At the entrance to the historic center, neat and pleasant. Even though we had windows on the street, the outside noises didn't bother us. The roommates did... But we don't give a review on that one! A special cleaning note. The carpet of the common stairs was perfect, I didn't even find dust in the drawers and the shower had no mold shade in the box guides and even under the rubber carpet.

That's great.

This delicious B&B is the right place to break free from the daily stress, even for a few days. Practically in the center of the village, with parking lot very close, you can breathe history and art of the Renaissance era. The owners, very kind, attentive and professional, made us feel at home; Mrs. Annalisa cocked us with a super breakfast. (excellent her homemade cakes and confections). Very high the level of cleaning of the bedrooms (very comfortable bed) and the surroundings of the structure; each room bears the name of a woman linked to the families of the Aldobrandeschi and Orsini, who have the story of a magical Pitigliano.

Stay in the story.

We've been to this wonderful place where the kindness and willingness of the owners has been fantastic. A really charming place, an amazing breakfast where most of the things are still done at home. I thank the owners for both the hospitality and the advice they gave us.

A peaceful stay

We were warmly welcomed into this wonderful structure by Mr. Roberto who showed us the room reserved for us and that if we wanted we could change it to a larger one, but we decided to keep the room reserved as the rooms were all finely furnished and clean with all the necessary amenities. Immediately afterwards we met Mrs. Annalisa and her daughter who showed us the rest of the structure and asked us what we wanted for breakfast. So we realized how much passion this family put into the work they do every day in an excellent way. The breakfast was very abundant with homemade cakes.

Beyond the Expectations

I chose this accommodation for its location at the entrance of the historic area of Pitigliano. Already at the time of booking I had noticed the courtesy and professionalism of the manager, then on arrival, everything was confirmed. I was reserved a large clean and orderly room. New furniture and fittings with the possibility of opening to vasistrass which is very convenient and not so frequent. I was then given vaucher to get discounts in restaurants and attractions of the place.
